VAZHAIKKAI PORIYAL





VAZHAIKKAI(raw banana)PORIYAL:


INGREDIENTS:

vazhakkai - 1 medium(sliced into rounds)
chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
cumin powder(seeragam) - 1/2 teaspoon
sombu thool(fennel powder) - 1/2 teaspoon
oil - 3 tablespoon
water - 1 teaspoon


PROCEDURE:

1. Add all the ingredients(except oil) into a smooth paste and apply on the vazhakkai pieces.
2. Keep it aside for 10 mins
3. Then place a pan(dosai kal) in the stove and add oil in it..
4. When oil is hot,put the vazhakkai pieces one by one into the pan and fry it nicely on both the sides.

serve it hot
