FISH FRY



INGREDIENTS:

serves - 2

fish - 4 medium pieces
chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
tomato juice - 1 tablespoon (squeeze the half cut tomato to get the juice)
ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon(optional)
sombu thool(fennel powder) - 1/2 teaspoon
oil - 3 tablespoon
water - 1 teaspoon




PROCEDURE:

1. Add all the ingredients into a smooth paste and apply on the fish nicely.
2. Keep it aside for 10 mins
3. Then place a pan in the stove and add oil in it..
4. When oil is hot,put the fish pieces one by one into the pan and fry it nicely on all the sides.

serve it with hot rice
