VEGETABLE CUTLET


INGREDIENTS:

carrot - 1
beans - 5
cabbage - 50 gram
peas - 10 to 12
potato - 1
onion - 1 big (finely chopped)
green chilly - 1 (chopped)
ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
chilli powder - 1/2 tablespoon
turmeric powder -  1 teaspoon
garam masala - 1/2 tablespoon
fennel powder/sombu - 1/2 teaspoon
egg white - 1
bread crumbs - 1 cup
salt - to taste
oil - 3 to 4 tablespoon

PROCEDURE:
1. Boil the vegetables and mash nicely together.
2. Add chopped onion,green chilly,ginger garlic paste,chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam masala,fennel powder,salt to the mashed veggies and mix nicely without adding water.
3. Make rounds from the mashed mixture and flatten like vada.
4. Coat it in the egg white and then with the bread crumbs.
5. Heat oil in a tawa and fry the cutlets on both sides until golden brown.
6. Serve it hot with sauce or chutney of your choice.
