INGREDIENTS:
chappathi - 4 medium (cut into pieces as shown in the picture below)
onion - 2 medium (sliced)
green chilly - 1 (slitted)
tomato - 1 medium (finely chopped)
ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
egg - 1
chilli powder - 1/2 tablespoon
turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
garam masala - 1 teaspoon
oil - 2 tablespoon
salt - to taste
PROCEDURE:
1. Place a pan in stove and put oil into it.When oil is hot add onion and green chilli. Saute nicely for 4 to 5 mins.
2. Add the tomatoes and saute nicely for 2 mins.
3. Add chilli powder,turmeric powder salt and saute for 2 mins.
5. Break the egg and add into it.Mix nicely for 2 to 3 min.
6. Close and keep the pan for 2 to 3 mins for the egg to cook well.
7. Sprinkle the garam masala at last and mix nicely.
8. Garnish with corriander leaves and serve hot by adding lemon juice.
