JEERAGA THANNI (after heavy meal)

very good one for health...Good to drink it after a heavy meal instead of drinking other beverages..It helps in lowering cholestrol and also improves digestion..It has so many benefits..U can drink it regularly as a substitute for plain water.
  • Warm jeera water helps to refresh our body and flush out the toxins from the body. 
  • jeera water contains good antiseptic properties that fights common cold and fevers.
  • When little ginger is mixed in jeera water, it helps to soothe soar throat.
  • Jeera (Cumin seeds) are highly noted for digestive disorders like diarrhea,biliousness, morning sickness, indigestion, 
  • jeera water is also effective in getting sleep. (relaxant)
  • Jeera is rich in Vitamin-E. The essential oils present in this have disinfectant and anti fungal properties, which prevents any microbial and fungal infection from affecting the skin.
  • Cumin is rich in iron and it is highly beneficial for ladies, especially those who are pregnant, or lactating mothers.
  • Also helpful for the burning sensation of the palms and soles.




INGREDIENTS:

for a bottle

seeragam/jeera - 3 tablespoon
water - 1 bottle

PROCEDURE:
1. Boil the water nicely and put the seeragam/jeera into it and close.
2. Leave it for 10 mins.
3. You can drink it either hot or cold (preferably hot)
