CHICKEN FRY

CHICKEN FRY:


preparation time : 10 min
marination - 1 hour
cooking time : 10 min


INGREDIENTS:

chicken boneless - 300 gm (washed and cut into medium pieces)
chilli powder - 1 tablespoon
turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoon
yogurt - 3 tablespoon
vinegar - 1/2 tablespoon(optional)
lime juice - 1/2 tablespoon(optional)
salt - to taste
coconut / any oil - for frying (coconut oil will increase the taste)



PROCEDURE:

1. Add all the ingredients(except oil) to the chicken and mix nicely.
2. Keep it in the fridge for 1 hour (minimum 20 min)
3. Then keep a kadai in the stove and put oil into it.When oil is hot put the chicken pieces one by one and fry it nicely on all sides and place them on the paper towel for the oil to be absorbed.

serve it hot
